About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, you play an important role in supporting the organization with HR administration and operational HR issues within your position. You report to the HR manager and handle a range of HR-related matters, focusing on administration, information, employment conditions, insurance, workplace environment, and ensuring smooth HR processes. Sometimes the pace can be high, sometimes it is lower, and you will occasionally need to work independently as we are sometimes in different locations within our HR team. The role suits you if you enjoy delivering qualitative HR support, with the organization in focus, where you value providing good service in a challenging and eventful environment. Responsibilities

  • Be an important face for HR by providing good service to the organization regarding HR-related administration and HR-related questions concerning, for example, policies, employment conditions, collective agreements, and insurance.
  • Contribute to a safe and sustainable work environment by participating in systematic work environment efforts (SAM/OSA), distributing information such as policies and guidelines, and being part of the work environment committee's initiatives.
  • Support managers and employees in planning for return to work by planning, administering, and documenting tripartite meetings in a supportive role.
  • Organize various training sessions through practical planning and coordination within the organization.
  • Support in change management by assisting with reorganizations or other changes through collecting and compiling information, handling documentation, and distributing information to employees and/or other parts of the organization.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with solid experience in HR administration who thrives in a fast-changing and dynamic environment. You are pragmatic and solution-oriented and have a good understanding of HR administration in a larger organization. If you do not have the answer to a question within your position, you will find out the answer in a research-oriented way and then present a solution. Finally, we operate in a business that has collective agreements in some areas and not in others. To manage this smoothly, one needs to confidently navigate several landscapes, i.e., the collective agreement, labor law, and the employer's various conditions.

We would like you to have:

  • Education from the HR program or equivalent university/college education.
  • Alternatively, other equivalent education.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role, such as HR Coordinator, HR Administrator, or HR Support.
  • Experience working in larger, complex organizations with multiple units.
  • Very good experience working both with and without collective agreements.
  • Very good administrative skills.
  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday, is an advantage.
  • Good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
